Client Privacy
is our responsibility and commitment to you, the client
We value our relationship
with each of our clients and believe it to be a solemn undertaking when
our clients invest us with privileged information needed to protect

from investment advisors, accountants, witnesses or other counsel.
Disclosure
We do not disclose
any nonpublic information about our clients or former clients to anyone,
except as permitted or required by law, or as authorized or requested
by the client. Such permitted disclosures include providing information
in limited situations to unrelated third parties (such as accountants,
appraisers or expert witnesses or consultants) who need to know that
information to assist us in providing services to you. In all such situations,
we stress the confidential nature of the information being shared.
We do not share,
trade, sell, exchange or in any other way disclose nonpublic personal
information except as stated above.
How the information
is protected
We restrict access

of nonpublic information about our clients and to follow policies we
have established to secure such confidentiality.
Some of our clients
have requested that information in our files be destroyed upon the conclusion
of the legal representation and/or that certain information or materials
be returned to them upon conclusion of the legal representation. In
all instances, we comply with these directives.
